RETURN, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
At Elevationize, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—quickly and with minimal hassle.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original condition
- Original packaging should be used where possible
If original packaging is unavailable, we’re happy to assist with repackaging; a repackaging fee will apply.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-damaged items):
- We will help coordinate return shipping for you
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- For White Glove deliveries:
- Return shipping and any additional service fees (such as in-home setup or repacking) are non-refundable

- Condition & Value Adjustments
If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was received, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Purchases Through Resellers
This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through Elevationize. If purchased through a reseller, their policies will apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right—at no cost to you.
Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@elevationize.com with:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
Our Commitment
For confirmed damage or defects, Elevationize will:
- Coordinate return pickup at no cost to you
- Repair or replace the item, or
- Offer an exchange for a different model, with only any applicable price difference charged
We’ll guide you through the process and handle the logistics to ensure a smooth resolution. Elevationize reserves the right to attempt repair of the item if the cost of repair is equal or less than the cost of return shipping.

- Items must be available for return in the condition received
- Minor issues may be resolved with replacement parts or repair solutions where appropriate

Cancellations & Order Changes
Before Shipment
Orders cancelled before leaving our warehouse are eligible for a full refund.
After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return and subject to applicable return shipping costs.
Order Changes
If you request a change after shipment, additional shipping fees may apply to reroute or return the order.
Delivery & Scheduling
Scheduling
Our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure your space is ready to receive your item.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule:
- More than 48 business hours’ notice: no fee
- Within 48 business hours: up to 50% of delivery fee
- Within 24 business hours: up to 100% of delivery fee

Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the scheduled time:
- A re-delivery fee may apply
- If cancelled, standard return shipping costs will apply

Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products.
Coverage
- 1-Year Limited Warranty on manufacturing defects
- Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use

What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (fading, pilling, cushion compression, stains)
- Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or modifications
- Exposure to weather, smoke, or environmental conditions
- Commercial use (unless specified)
- Second-hand, final sale, or custom items

Our Responsibility
At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective components or products.
This warranty is limited to the product itself and does not cover installation, removal, or incidental expenses.
Returns Timeline
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Damaged/defective items must be reported within 3 days
- Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the continental United States and Canadian provinces.
- Remote areas may incur additional delivery charges
- International orders may be arranged through a freight forwarder

Governing Law
This policy is governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of sale. Where permitted, the laws of the State of New Mexico will apply.

Where permitted by law, unresolved disputes may be settled through binding arbitration. This clause does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in effect.
