Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
General Terms
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Elevationize regarding use of the Site. If any part of these Terms is found illegal or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
We may assign our rights under these Terms at any time. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.
Geographic Use
This Site is based in the State of New Mexico in the United States of America. Access to this Site may not be appropriate for users in other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
